100 Miles A Month
This February and March our school will run our biggest fundraiser of the year, where our active parents, students and teachers will cover 100 miles in 30 days to raise money for our school.
Each participant will fundraise over the course of the month while they walk, jog, run or cycle to their 100 mile target.
The event will run from Thursday 12th February until Saturday 14th March, when we will hold a community 5km run,walk finishing at our school.

The 100 Miles a Month Challenge is officially underway!
At 12 o'clock on Thursday 12th February, the whole school made the most of the mild weather to talk part in a school fun run/walk/jog.
Thank you to 5th and 6th class for leading the way and helping every child in our school complete at least a kilometre.
Well done everyone!
We made it!
After many, many cold and wet walks across February and March, our 100 Miles a Month fundraiser is finally complete! Thanks to our incredible school and local community, we have managed to raise €6,159 for our school.
We came together as a school community on Saturday 14th of March for our 5km fun run. In beautiful sunshine, we jogged, walked and chatted our way round, before retiring to the hall for snacks.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who walked, ran, fundraised, manned the crossroads and helped in any way to make our 100 Mile a Month challenge such a huge success. Thanks to DJ Oisín for providing music on the day, thanks to our videographer and photographer Oscar for his wonderful photos and drone footage of the event. Thanks to all those who made it down to the pitch on Wednesday evenings. And a special thank you to all those who supported this fundraiser. Your support is genuinely and greatly appreciated.
